More Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend identifying various areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
